    Hebben telefoonnummer, maar als je belt, krijg je een bandje met dat je moet mailen om zo snel en efficient mogelijk de vragen beantwoord te krijgen. Op de mail worden simpele vragen totaal niet snel beantwoord ruim 3 dagen later. Dan maar naar de concurrent. Uitemate traag en onbereikbaar bedrijf. Wat als er problemen komen. Dan geven ze sowieso geen gehoor

    Hele slechte communicatie en service. Ik had een bestelling vóór 11.00 uur van boven de 50 euro geplaatst waardoor het dezelfde dag bezorgd zou worden. Dit gebeurde helaas niet en ik kreeg geen track & trace code, maar de volgende dag zou hij toch bezorgd worden volgens de shop. Ook dit gebeurde niet door een fout bij DHL. Vervolgens stonden ze de volgende dag voor de deur en hebben ze mijn pakketje aan mijn ex gegeven die uren voor de deur stond te wachten aangezien hij me stalkt. Toen moest ik … – show

    Placed an order with you for €60, not the first one either, and it indicates it was delivered but it was not. Been in contact with DHL and MR Joy and so far still no answer. The phone number just tells you to send an email and by mail we don’t get any useful answers. Service of Mr. joy is very disappointing. Not recommending this webshop

    Expect courtesy and good service from this establishment. It's not common to find knowledge and effort to accommodate your questions. If you're like me and don't know exactly what you're looking for, pay this store a visit and I am confident you will leave satisfied with the choice you need help to make.

    Bestelling gedaan, in verwachting dat het de volgende dag binnen zou zijn. nu een aantal dagen later nog niks binnen. Via mail geen antwoord. Vraag me af of het überhaupt nog geleverd gaat worden.

    I ordered multiple times from the site. I ordered a vape pen where the coil was malfunctioning and they haven't even responded to the email asking for a replacement or my money back for just the coil.

    We went to this shop today based on positive reviews about their products and on the recommendation from friends. The service was beyond horrible. There was one girl behind the counter “helping” customers and her attitude was rude at best. When we had questions about products downstairs in the display case she refused to stand up from her chair and asked us to go point at what we were looking at.
