    Alles kan beter. Service. Communicatie. Gastvrijheid. Überhaupt eten leveren binnen een uur. Personeel lijkt de weg kwijt. Manager lijkt overspannen. Borden komen nonstop retour want koud geleverd. Klacht indienen is zinloos. Beloftes worden niet nagekomen.

    We had ordered from Vapiano on Rembrandtplein, first took 50 min but in the end 1 hour and 15 min. That was oke, since we had it delivered. However, we had just received the order and found out that, of the two things we ordered, they had forgotten the pizza. We called them 5 times on 2 different numbers, but they didn't answer. So we cycled to the restaurant. They showed no understanding at all. They told us that it was not their mistake. While they forgot to pack the pizza. The pizza already made, but it was done a half an hour ago. So the pizza was not worm and the pasta that was delivered was now cold!!! Very very unfriendly staff, didn't say sorry and just have to eat cold food. Ridiculous. Also we paid for delivery charges while we had to pick up the pizza ourselves. … – show

    Tardamos mucho en ser servidos, no funcionaba la cobertura para poder pedir y tuvimos que cambiar los platos porque no quedaba pasta integral y los vasos no estaban del todo limpios. La comida estaba rica, en las fotos sale el risoto y la pasta que pedimos junto con la cerveza.

    Meine Pasta steht seit 45 min fertig unten am Tresen und wird mir danach gebracht und sage das es kalt ist, und dann nimmt die Dame es wieder fit und bringt es paar Minuten später mit mehr Käse und ja es ist immer noch kalt …. Kleine Anmerkung es war das selbe Teller wie vorher haben es halt versucht wieder aufzuwärmen, Vapiano würde ich euch nicht empfehlen

    Je krijgt een tafelsuiker toegewezen en op tafel log je in op een app om te bestellen. Hier kun ook het gerecht mee aanpassen.
    Deed je dit vroeger aan de bestelcounter, nu gemakkelijk aan je tafel. Er wordt drinken uitgedraaid als je zit en je kunt makkelijk bij bestellen. Corona verbetering die goed heeft uitgepakt naar mijn mening.

    The worst Vapiano I have ever gone. The service is terrible, the web-app where u have to order didn't work properly. A very dark place, isn't big and impossible for people in wheelchair

    Comida buena pero servicio muy lento. Poca organización por parte de los camareros. Nos sirvieron un plato y tuvimos que esperar 1 hora para el siguiente.

    WiFi deed het slecht. Kon gelukkig bij de bar bestellen en betalen. We waren met zijn 2e en het eten kwam niet gelijk aan waardoor een van ons moest wachten tot de andere het eten kreeg… Eten was wel goed

    Worse Vapiano I have ever been. This is coming from a Vapiano fan. I always order the carbonara. Ordered extra bacon, it came with less bacon than my friend who ordered normal. It had no sauce, really bad. Really disappointed

    We zaten boven en daar heb je echt het idee dat het een overflow is. Lang wachten op je eten in een troosteloze ambiance.

Our pasta has a automatic timer so it should always be served 'al dente', yet when the pasta hovers over the pasta cooker for too long it can soften more..
