    Actually had a very pleasant experience, the process went by smoothly and took a very short amount of time. I went in the afternoon around 2pm and it was pretty empty, so that might have helped as well.

    Im very happy with service of TLScontact Amsterdam, all staffs from the Door. Receiving docs and printing docs and biometric, they are excellent. Thanks for service, 5 stars service.

    waiting for the simple travel visa for 3.5 months — no responses from them 0 communication but great money taken for such “great” service.
    UPDATE:
    This place is a SCAM. Literal scammers who just want to take your money for everything and to not do any work. I think the government of NL and the police should know about this… it’s unbelievable. If someone wants to submit a report on them — or make a petition to cancel that organisation- I am down

    This service is so bad. I would like a refund for my visa application so I fill in that form in the end they say I don't even get the €118 back.They only reply to your reviews with automatic messages. The worst part is that they don't have a phone number. How can I call this a company?

    I want to apply for Visit Visa for self and family. I cannot find the system where I can make one appointment for all members to submit documents for all applicants at once?… Web site does not provide this information… Or at least I cannot find it easily.. System ask for payment to make an appointment… is that correct?

    Amazing staff and service overall! The staff were friendly, kind, and most importantly helpful. Shoutout to the security guard who was also extremely nice! Their service really made the visa application process easy & clear:)

    I feel cheated by these people. A couple of months ago I applied for a UK visa application. I applied for this service and made all the corresponding payments. For reasons I had to cancel my UK visa application. I made the corresponding cancellation to stop the process. I'm still waiting for them to refund my money. When I write, I only get automatic messages, nobody is responsible for contacting me, they don't have a phone number where I can call and complain. They send me to fill out a f – show

    The biometrics appointment was okay, the staff was really helpful and kind. However, it's been 7 whole weeks from my appointment and I have no email about getting my passport back. And to make matters worse, there is no number that I can contact to ask and maybe have an update. I made a complaint through TLS customer contact, but guess what: I have to wait extra working days. This is a joke.

    Poor service. Went there to pick up the passport and my partner could not even join me in the waiting room. Also, was given the passport in a DHL envelope and not allowed to open the envelope on premises (had to leave without opening it!). Ridiculous service!

    My experience with TLS is nice. The behaviour of the staff is good and consistent. If you’re with your kid, during the biometric they’ll help you enough to support the child. No worries regarding the attitude of the children, because the person in charge will take of it.
    Communication regarding the collection is very clear and understandable.

    One Star is for holding my Passport Hostage. Give me back my passport, it has been more than 7 weeks as the official wait time is way passed. I need to travel to other countries other than freaking UK. Why does it take so freaking long? The amount of money for the appointment cost is ridiculous. One star is for the management system and extortion of money. But I do appreciate the help guy at the door.

    Processing center employees are nice. But, TLScontact and UKVI treatment of people is extremely cruel and inhumane. I attended biometrics on October 20th. Couldn't attend the memorial service in the UK that I had wanted to. Passport is still been held up. One cannot make other travel plans and we are 20-days away from Christmas. I have no idea when passport can be collected. My father suffered a stroke 2 weeks ago and I am still unable to travel to the US to visit. It should not be that difficu – show

    The worst service ever! You have to pay for everything and you even cannot contact them properly! You give them your documents and you have no idea when you see them back… Also waiting conditions are terrible and registration system is a scam!
