    Much appreciation to Isabella. I was late for the appointment due to the train delay and she still tried her best to welcome me. She is really professional and based on my knowledge of my eyes conditions, her prescription is very precise and reasonable. I accompanied my gf for her eye test at another famous chain store in AMS and even though the person was also professional, I am feeling much better with Isabella’s work.     Had an eye exam today with Isabella at the Huijdenstore. It was the most thorough eye exam I have had to date. She is very knowledgeable and patient and because of her I am confident that I will finally have glasses that will not give me a headache.

    I had a worse experience with an online shopping. First the money was taken twice from my bank account! Second, two of the four glasses came with a defect and after 5 week I couldn't hear back from customer service about this issue. I truly advice don't use their online service!

    It is a great experience here. This is my first time to visit this shop and the colleagues are so helpful and nice! I had my examination with Isabella, she is so kind, patient and professional! I am excited to get my new glasses and definitely gonna visit here again!
