    Assistente Rensia is een hele onbeschofte vrouw die haar werk niet leuk vind. Word met moeite geholpen. Een hele nare verschijning is dat. Bah bah

    Zeer slecht, agressieve toon wat tot angst leidt en klachten verergert, geen respect en afspraken worden niet nagekomen.

    Dr. Bookholt is such a great doctor.

    She always listened to me and gave me great advice on what to do next even though she was my doctor for a short period of time.

    Hoping to find another doctor abroad that's as nice and caring as you.

    Er zitten twee huisartsen in de praktijk, ik zit bij Dr Bookholt. Fijne huisarts, denkt graag met je mee. Handige app om afspraken te maken en je uitslagen in te zien.

    To the English speaking: take the reviews in English with a grain of salt. The Dutch system doesn't work like it does is some other countries and it looks like the angry reviewers just didn't understand how Dutch doctors work. Call first, don't just show up.

    Unbelievably rude and unhelpful receptionist. Really shocking behaviour towards a young person newly arrived in the Netherlands as an international student, just trying to make an appointment. Seriously so rude and awful on the phone!

    Na 7 keer bellen heb ik het maar opgeheven om een assistente aan de lijn te krijgen, als je snel geholpen wil worden, dan is deze huisarts zeker een afrader.
